Volunteer of the Month – February 2026

We’re excited to recognize Laurie as our CCFW Volunteer of the Month for February! Laurie loves connecting with the community and has represented Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife at many outreach events, including the Ground Owl Day, Waterways Science Festival, Cape Coral Arts Fest, Wild About Wildlife, Calusa Nature Center Earth Day, Forever Tattoo, and the Fall Fest at Incredibank. She also helps with burrow maintenance, supporting the habitats that are so important to our local wildlife.

 

Laurie always greets visitors with a smile and a kind word, making everyone feel welcome while sharing her passion for wildlife conservation. We are so lucky to have Laurie as such a dedicated volunteer and friend. Thank you, Laurie, for everything you do!
